Your payment has been successfully been made – and an automated message has been sent to the Events Secretary – advising of your payment.

Please make sure you post your completed Events Booking Form – and in addition to completing all of your contact details, please make sure you complete your vehicle details ‘of interest’ for the East Coast Run. It is important that you tick the ‘If paid online..’ box, before signing and dating the form.

You will also need to mark an ‘X’ to the right of each selected event, and enter your vehicle registration to the left of that ‘X’ – even if you are not certain at this stage, which vehicle you may be taking. You can always notify the Events Secretary later, via this websites contact section (found under the ‘About’ tab) of any vehicle changes at a later date.

You will need to enclose a self-stamped addressed envelope – A5 size or larger than the booking form. 

On receipt of your form, it will be processed and the Entry Pass section returned to you with an official stamp(s). You will need to bring this with you to any event you are participating in.
