Use these forms to submit details of your membership application, before sending us payment (cheque), setting up a Standing Order with your bank, or making a Bank Transfer.
New Membership – So that we can send you your membership card and vehicle disc(s) please post a medium/A5 stamped addressed envelope, to: Membership Secretary, EYTCC, PO Box 320, Hull, HU11 5QR. Cheques should be made payable to: E.Y.T.C.C.
Membership Renewal – You only need to send us a self stamped address envelope, if you have not yet received your membership card, or if your require additional vehicle discs. If you are paying by Standing Order / Bank Transfer, and you are sending an SAE for that reason, please include a note, and include your membership number. If sending us a cheque, please write your membership number on the back.
If you would prefer to use an automatic payment system, then we recommend payment by card or PayPal – here – or if you would prefer to arrange a Standing Order from your bank account, the SO Form can be downloaded from here – or a copy requested by contacting us here.
