Event booking forms can be downloaded, and printed from the buttons below. When completed, please post ALL sheets with an A5 stamped addressed envelope, to the Events Secretary.

Booking additional events, once your form has been stamped/returned.

If you wish to book additional events, once you have received your event application form returned and stamped – simply send back your form with payment (if applicable) to the above address, with a stamped addressed envelope. If however, you wish to retain your original form, Members can now book additional events online from here.

Online Payments – with Events Booking Form. Events can be booked individually from each event listing.

After completing an Event Booking Form – payments can now optionally be made online if you would prefer not to send a cheque or Postal Order. Please calculate the total amount of event entry fees due on the form, then select from the following two options..
