Event Booking Forms
Event booking forms can be downloaded, and printed from the buttons below. When completed, please post ALL sheets with an A5 stamped addressed envelope, to the Events Secretary.
Or – You can request an Events Booking Form by post, by sending an A5 stamped addressed envelope (please state if you are a member or non-member) to:

Booking additional events, once your form has been stamped/returned.
If you wish to book additional events, once you have received your event application form returned and stamped – simply send back your form with payment (if applicable) to the above address, with a stamped addressed envelope.
If however, you wish to retain your original form, for a forthcoming event, then please email the events team [email@example.com] with your request, and just send payment (if applicable) by post.
After completing an Event Booking Form – payments can now optionally be made online if you would prefer not to send a cheque or Postal Order. Please calculate the total amount of event entry fees due on the form, then select from the following two options..
