Annual General Meeting
MEMBERS (and partners) ONLY
You will need to pre-book to attend this years AGM. The meeting is open to just current EYTCC members and their partners. Membership must be active at the time of the meeting. There will be a free buffet after conclusion of the meeting.
PRE-BOOKING IS REQUIRED SO THAT WE CAN ENSURE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT SEATING, PAPERWORK
(AGENDA, MINUTES, ETC.) AND BUFFET FOR ALL ATTENDING
The meeting is on Sunday 29th November, 2026 – and commences at 1pm. Please arrive around 12.30pm.
You can also book for fellow members (and their partners) from the booking form.
Non-members will not be admitted under any circumstances – the same will likely apply
to anyone who has not pre-booked in advance.
Many events are open to all wishing to display vehicles (20 years or older) upon application – the remainder, with an asterisk* or marked accordingly – are for club members only. Some of the larger events may facilitate admission for 15 years or older, for (Members Only) 'future classics' vehicles. A summary list of events, can be seen here.
